Recently more and more of the people I watch have either become a victim or have seen their friends fall prey to the art thieves. As a result of that, good artists are closing their accounts on deviantart. It is a shame really.

It seems like the theft activity is increasing rapidly on Deviantart, so, as much as I hate the watermark, I'll be adding this to my work as a precaution. I will replace it with my own watermark very soon but until then, you'll have to put up with the huge watermark on my work.

UPDATE
I've been made aware by a good friend that there is a club that can help you if your artwork is stolen outside DA. Become the member of this club to make it stronger and protect your and your friends' work from being stolen.
